Here is the daily eats I promised you all! Especially you Charlotte Holding me accountable. I like it!
Monday
Breakfast eggs & toast
Lunch was a grilled panning with chicken, pesto, and avo. Skipped the cheese. Added a side salad.
Dinner was a small bowl of homemade chili with a few fritos for crunch. I knew I’d be getting Fro-Yo later for girls night, so I didn’t want to feel too full.
I got a small amount of fro-yo on Monday since I’ve been doing so good staying away from dairy. I’ve been feeling awesome avoiding it, so I didn’t want to go overboard with the fro-yo and give myself a bellyache.
Tuesday
Breakfast: eggs & toast
Lunch: half a chicken sandwich on ezekiel with mayo + mustard with a small organic apple
I didn’t want to eat too much because I was in a really hurry-go-go-go mood for my engagement pictures.
Go-go-go mood + a lot of food = perfect equation for a bloated stomach ache
I got my makeup done before the shoot, and did my hair on my own. Too bad the bechy weather made it totally flat
For dinner, Marco and I went out to eat. I got a side salad with olive oil + vin to start (plus had some chips + salsa)
And for dinner I ordered rice, chicken, pico de gallo, onions, and olives minus the cheese and tortillas. I ate a good amount of this and gave the rest to Marco to make for lunch.
Hours later for dessert I had a baby organic apple
Wednesday
Wednesday started off with quiet time just like every other day. Stay tuned for my Newsletter tomorrow morning on Quiet Time! If you’re not signed up, you know what to do! The sign up area is in the top, right hand corner of my blog. The Newsletters are a hit, so don’t miss them!
Breakfast: eggs & toast with Mom + two hours of chatting and a long walk in the park
Lunch: a slice of sourdough slightly toasted with half an avo and chicken/olive salad on top + a small organic apple
Mid-day snack: fruit & spinach smoothie (since I put a ton of water, this smoothie filled up two of these cups. It was really thin like a naked juice. I drank both cups)
1 large banana
2 cups organic baby spinach
1/2 cup blackberries
2 cups water
1 cup ice cubes
Dinner was 100% homemade and delicious. I can’t say it enough, my Dad is the best cook!
He made me cheese-less enchiladas, and left the cheese out of the beans too. Love him!
This photo has 2 cheeseless enchiladas, spanish rice, a few multi-grain seed chips, beans, and cabbage salad with avo.
Alright you all! There’s my promised post! Stay tuned for tomorrow’s newsletter!
