Good morning everyone!

It’s Tuesday morning, and Marco, Noah and I just got back from a walk nice. I’m about to start work at 10:30, and wanted to do a post from yesterday. To be honest, I was really un-moved by some of my weekend eats, so I took a picture break. Let me tell you in words:

Friday night Marco and I went to Sushi. For some reason, I was freaked to get the raw fish rolls (which I usually love) so I stuck with the most ’normal’ dish on the menu. Miso soup, cabbage salad, teriyaki chicken, tempura veggies, and rice. The soup was great. The salad was good, but too heavy. The teriyaki chicken & tempura, way too heavy, I left those on the plate or gave them to Marco. The rice, that was good.

Saturday morning my family friend made me & her granddaughter breakfast. This breakfast was moving, and so good. I definitely took photos. On second thought… let me save those photos for a post that I want to do tomorrow… Stay tuned!

Saturday night, Marco and I went out again, and had another so-so experience… Bad luck eating out this weekend! I got chicken tacos, those were good, but kinda boring… Marco got a Carne Asada burrito… definitely not good :(

Sunday was Super Bowl food, which was good, but still, felt mindless to me because I was in front of a TV. I always feel like I eat worse than I do when I’m eating with distractions. Can anyone relate? I snacked on nuts & ridge cut potato chips, and for a meal, I had salad, a small piece of salmon, baked beans, and a pulled pork sandwich (really good). I skipped out on any sugar Sunday, trying to feel a little more balanced.

Like I said, a little unmoved by my food.

Breakfast was of course, my favorite, eggs & toast

Lunch was curry & harvest grains with avocado

Dinner was more curry & brown rice with veggies, and cabbage salad that my Mom put together

We’re a curry loving family right now!

For dessert, I juiced some tangelo’s and watched Food Matters with Marco! Super good documentary!

Watch it :)
