Good morning everyone! So, if you saw my Facebook status yesterday, you know I didn’t have much of an appetite.

After that happened with the Rice Milk, I tried getting banana down and I could only eat half

I told Marco, the only thing in the entire world that sounds good is an actual good cup of Coffee

So, we went down to Palermo’s and had ourselves a little date before a long day of work

To work, I took a Cashew Larabar, a white peach, an apple, and a bag of cashews, almonds, and cranberries. I ate all of this throughout the day.

While with the kids, we walked all over. We went to the park, down to the beach, around the neighborhood, and played outside for a good while. At the park, Cooper goes “Paige, I really don’t want to ride my bike back home.” My first thought was “he rode it here… he needs to ride it back… I can’t carry that and push a baby stroller.” Second thought that popped in my head, “Oh! There a bar there on the stroller, I can just put the front tire up there, and let it roll home! Then we will all be happy!” It worked perfectly! Haha :) Cooper looked at it and said “Cool! Are you going to sit on the bike?” Ha, not quite buddy!

What has your creative Nanny or Momma experience been?

Back at the house, Coop and I snacked on some dried mango’s, and a couple pickles. We were drawing, playing with flashcards, and getting our Ninjago on.

After babysitting, I had a quick 30 minute meeting with an amazing Health Coach out of Washington D.C. She’s such a great guide for me! I love other IIN Students. They’re so bright! And fun!

After my meeting, I met my parents in mid-town for some Urbane Cafe. Ah, heavens. I love this place! Can you believe I used to work there and got to eat it 3 times/week? Never gained an ounce either. You’re always on your feet, and they have so many healthy options. I just say no goat cheese and leave the bread on the side- Marco loves to have it later!

Since I ate a really late lunch (closer to 4) I had a Green Smoothie for dinner. I had been working from 4-7:30 and my mind was getting sucked into the business side of things. I needed a break! I made a smoothie, put on my running shoes, and went for a 3 mile run.
