Good morning all! The day before yesterday started off with a yummy bowl of yogurt, chia cereal, and strawberries. This has been my favorite breakfast lately. I’ve been feeling pretty fruity
Next, here’s a little Pinspiration… At the house Marco and I are staying at, the bed is on the floor. I absolutely love it. At first, I thought it was a little funky, and I wasn’t too sure about it. But after sleeping it in, and getting used to it (like a new car that comes out) it really started to grow of me, and I want to do it in my own room

Okay, back to the food. We are on Monday right now. All day, I snacked on Mango’s. Gosh, I love them! Sorry Trader Joe’s, but Whole Foods has you been on their Organic Dried Mangos. So fresh and plump! Jeeze… I never thought I’d say something like that about my TJ’s…
During Health Coaching on Monday, I snacked on a banana, and apples with almond butter
I also had a salad with Olive Oil, Balsamic, and Mandarin Organes
After a long day of work, a Step Class, and a run, I was pooped! I went to visit my parents before Marco got home, and enjoyed some fresh beans that my Dad had just cooked. Yum, they were so good! I’d post a picture… but I took it with my phone and it truly looks unappetizing- better without the photo. Ha!
Tuesday
For breakfast, I had coffee and a banana. I was a busy bee with Health Coaching.
Lunch was a salad with pine nuts, avocado, and turkey. Deli turkey sounded good yesterday as I was making Marco’s sandwich for lunch.
For snack, more dried Mangos. I snacked on these all throughout the day, and shared a few with Marco. This pack flew by in 4 days. Time to buy more
Also, Green Smoothie
After work, Marco and I took the doggy for a short walk, and rested for a good 30 minutes (that’s a long time for me to rest!)
When we got back, I realized I didn’t have much time to make the Salmon dinner I had planned, so I had yogurt with chia cereal and strawberries. I seriously cannot get enough of this… it’s sooo good!
While babysitting, I had 4 little circles of Salami (craving meat yesterday) and a peach. Perfecto
