The Lists Are Back

Good morning all! Getting a blog post up before I start Health Coaching this morning. Working from home for the first half of the day, then getting my hair done, checking out the house I’m sitting with Marco, and heading to a Nanny job for the evening. So thankful daily that I love the work that I do.

Speaking of Health Coaching, I posted on Facebook that all of my spots are currently full. This is true. I have decided to take a little bit more of my time, and open up 1-2 more spots in August. Times have not yet been decided. If you’d like to work with me through a personalized 6-Month Program, please fill out this form, and I will contact you to set up an initial Consultation according to our time zones.

I love posting this through my blog, because it excites me to work with people who are already readers. I feel like you already know me a bit at our first Call!

Okay, now onto yesterday!

I woke up, and enjoyed one of my Mother’s Oatmeal cookies. They’re so good, and crunchy! Love them with my morning cup of coffee. A treat that I won’t be enjoying much longer- more to come on this later in the post ;)

In the mid-morning, I had a Green Smoothie

For lunch, I had a green salad with mandarin oranges, avocado, pine-nuts, and a little bit of bleu cheese crumbles. The dressing was 1 tsp. of dijon mustard, 1 tbsp. of olive oil, and 1 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar. So yummy (you don’t need to use all of the dressing in one sitting)!

After my first job of the day, I went to Coffee Bean and got a Passion Tea Soy Latte. So yum!

I took my Latte into Target while I walked around and got a few things for the new place, which by the way, I was reminded that I still need to post pictures! Just waiting for our dining room table :)

After Target, I went to my counseling Session. On the way home, I had a Coconut Cream Pie Larabar.

When I got home, Marco and I had a little bit more Oatmeal Cookie while doing Laundry. One for me, half for him.

For dinner, I had a grilled Pannini Avocado Sandwich with tomato soup

Okay, I was a bit weary about having a grilled-cheese style sandwich without the cheese, but I thought to myself “just try it!”

I tried it, and heavens! It was so good! It felt like a grilled cheese because the avocado has a similar consistency. And it was delicious!

After dinner, I had an in person Health Coaching Session in the comfort of my own home! After that, Marco and I went for a run. We ran to my parents house to say hi, look at our new table, and take two bites of pie- just for me :) Hehe!

When we got home, I read the No Grains, Sugar, Cheese lists that I have. Let’s just say, another list will be in the making starting sometime this week. I have a Client who wants to do the Challenge, and a Mother who feels her very best when she’s eating this way- like Mother, like Daughter. So, at some point in the near future, I will be starting another round of this. It’s a wonderful 1-2 time per year Cleanse. A nice break for your body.

Did you ever try the No Grains, Sugar, or Cheese Challenge? How did you feel?
